Legislative Drafting

I had a legislative drafting practice for legislation in the UK and abroad.

I drafted legislation (including primary and subordinate government legislation, private Members’ Bills, and amendments to Government Bills) for a range of public bodies and third sector organisations in the UK and abroad.

Training & Lecturing

I lectured on statutory interpretation and legislative drafting for the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies in the University of London, for the Civil Service Training College, for DODS Training and for others. My training activities included training legislative drafters, civil servants, public authorities and legislators in the UK and abroad.
