This was an enormously valuable exchange of views on a range of practical rule of law issues – reaffirming that parliaments and legislative assemblies around the world have so much in common and so many shared values, challenges and wonderful opportunities – congratulations to the Ceann Comhairle and the Houses of the Oireachtas for having the idea and organising it so effectively, and for their hospitality to us all – we all learned so much from each other and will remember this event for a long time.
