In 2012 I became the Editor of the Statute Law Review, an Oxford University Press journal which aims “to provide a vehicle for the consideration of the legislative process, the use of legislation as an instrument of public policy and of the drafting and interpretation of legislation”.
For information about the journal, including details of how to submit material, see the Statute Law Review website.
With the approval of the Editorial Board, I encourage a broad range of articles within the Review. In particular: contributions are welcome from anywhere in the world provided that they are written in English and concern legislation; both purely theoretical academic and robustly practical pieces are published; and short articles or case notes, as well as book reviews, are included as well as standard 20+ page articles. Submissions pass through a peer review process, with double blind peer review being the standard unless there is a reason to adopt an alternative approach.
